ROOMSURF SCHOLARSHIP SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Roomsurf Scholarship Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Uloop, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Uloop, Inc.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER: To opt out of the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals who have signed up for Roomsurf.com during the Sweepstakes Period may send an email to customerservice@uloop.com with the subject line "Roomsurf Sweepstakes Opt-Out" and include their full name and the email address associated with their Roomsurf account. Requests must be received by June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET to be valid.

To enter, eligible individuals must complete a new sign-up on Roomsurf.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Each valid sign-up during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically constitute one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

6. WINNER SELECTION: The Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about July 10, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of Roomsurf sign-up within five (5) days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) within a specified time period.

8. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship award. The prize will be awarded in the form of a check or other method determined by the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

10. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California.

13. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.roomsurf.com/content/privacy.

14. WINNER LIST: To obtain the name of the winner, email customerservice@uloop.com no later than August 31, 2025.
