This is my first year as a resident in a college dorm. Although with all the problems we have currently with covid, I still would regard this experience as a great experience. Not only is the staff extremely nice with you, I found all the other residents to be very nice too. Staff is also very strict about rules for masks which I found to be great, and every week, the RA's would try to make game nights which was pretty fun too.
