Salisbury-Rowan Hall Dorm Reviews at Catawba

I had a fair experience in Salisbury-Rowan Hall. Everyone was friendly and the rooms are a good size. One thing I had issues with were the showers. Some of the curtains had mold on them. It is one of the nicer freshman dorms on campus though.

While I was living in Salisbury-Rowan there were multiple events that took place when Public Safety was needed and never showed up. Also, I was moved out due to too much mold in my room. Laundry rooms are not kept up and in the lounging areas most of the furniture is torn up.

Salisbury rowan gal is one f the oldest buildings on campus. I live on the top floor, me and my roommate experience leaks in the roof, and sometimes our thermostat does not work. The bathroom contains many bugs and is not very clean.

It is very good. We have parking right next to the dorm, great for when its cold and you do not want to walk far to get to your car. I would recommend getting this building as a freshman. Everything is always getting cleaned.

Currently, it is going both smooth and well, however I can not say much on the other dorms due to COVID and IDs preventing students from entering dorms that aren't theirs. Although sanitary isn't the best, the dorm is still a suitable living area.
