Being a Cadet at The Citadel and in 1st battalion of Murray Barracks shows that this place is a bastion of antiquity but also a place of refuge with an expensive cost of living. The tuition for this military college is very pricy and the cost of living in the dorms are heafty also. more

Since it is The Citadel the barracks aren’t all nice, clean, nor quite. It is however always clean due to required room inspections everyday. The bathroom is very dirty, because there is only 8 in a battalion of 400 people. more

It is spacious and kept clean. There is no complaints about the safety of the dormitories as there is always someone on duty at the gates of the barracks as well as all the gates to enter campus. Very quiet when evening studying period begins. more
