During my first year at Coppin state we stayed in the underclassmen dorms they were okay but since the flood during winter break we were forced to move in the upperclassmen dorm which is Dedmond. CONS- Very ran down, Infested with mice, Mold, Musty smell, Looks like something that needs to be in twilight zone and the elevator is broken. PROS- BUILDING IS ON CAMPUS!!!!

I don’t like it people have no respect and don’t clean and the organization said they would fix it and the people but they haven’t the whole semester and i just want to complete my 2nd year of college with a better living experience

first time living in the upperclassman hall, definitely significantly different from daley hall. I had a great experience living here. the common areas were much bigger and we even have an outside patio for seating.

My experience in Dedmond hall is for the most part satisfactory. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance of our rooms, whenever there are issues, are remedied in quick manner. However, there are the occasional interruptions of service with the internet that can hinder academic progress and standings.

My experience my freshman year was pretty chaotic but I also understood why. Everybody was on campus and everyone was quite rowdy at first but now its quiet due to limited people on campus. There are limited people because of covid.
