Dorming at Diablo was neither a great or terrible experience. Mediocre at best. There weren't many common areas in the building and some of the other people in the building can be loud. The worst part of the experience was having to talk to the RA's and anyone else from housing. They don't try to settle issues between roommates or mediate in any way.
