Traditional Complex Dorm Reviews at Eckerd

I loved it, the views were amazing the people were always considerate and very friendly. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay my first year away from home. Rooms were nice and sharing wasn't a problem.

I love my dorm! Each complex has a community lounge, outdoor courtyard, vending machines, and a laundry facility. With a Resident Advisor in each house I always have a person to ask my never ending supply of questions, traditional houses even have multiple bathrooms on each floor and a study area upstairs. I would highly recommend these dorms to all incoming students at Eckerd College!!

When I applied for housing at Eckerd College, I was hoping to be in West Lodge or Sigma for my first year. It seemed the best option since that is where most freshmen are placed. However, when I got to campus, I realized that West Lodge is so far away from most things on campus. Traditional housing locations are much closer. The bathrooms are nice because you do not have to clean them yourself as you do in West Lodge. You can shut and lock the door when you go into the bathroom, so they are communal, but it's nice to still have privacy.
