Northlawn Dorm Dorm Reviews at EMU

Overall it's a great doom in an amazing location because it is right above the caf. You can see the mountains out of both sides of the building. It is slightly loud due to it being the oldest doom on campus.

Northlawn is the best! On rainy or snowy days, we don't even have to go outside to get to the cafeteria--the staircase goes all the way down! It's also right in the middle of campus, so classes are closer. The Northlawn Great Lounge is a good place to meet up with people from other floors (there's a projector and a pretty big kitchen).

All of the staff are easy to contact and are very happy to help with any issues you may have. The dorm building itself is very nice and the common areas are perfect places to hang out with friends or cook food.

Overall it has been good, but it has taken a while for them to fix a washing machine that was broken on our floor. But the location of being right above the caf is very nice during the winter so you do not have to walk outside in the cold winter.
