Wildcat Commons 4 Dorm Reviews at FVSU

It's been a safe, and well-managed environment. There are people that I have met with the same goals as me, creating an overflowing pool of opportunities and connections. I'd say that I can comfortably live in the Commons like a home.

The dorms are pretty clean but there are a couple of structural issues. Overall everything is good. When I first got here, I noticed the toilet was loose, and chipped paint in the tub. I had to put a ticket in with maintenance.

I loved the Dorm rooms. It was enough space to get all my stuff in. The rooms were cozy with the right materials, I’ve never had a maintenance problem and it was quiet. If you get stuff that you like in your dorm it will feel like home.

It is fun, since it is a freshman dorm, you will have many chances to meet friends. There is a computer lab on the 4th floor just in case your computer breaks down and you could go up there. It’s right beside the pizza place as well, where they have wings, meatball subs, and pizza of course.

Wildcat commons 4 is great! You have your own room with 3 other people . You have a living room and 2 bathrooms. Unlike other colleges with their freshman dorms . Freshman do get the chance to live in a mini apartment as well

I enjoy living in this building it’s close to my favorite restaurant on campus and it’s located close to the gym. It’s not the closed building to my classes for my Maddie but it’s close to all other classes and I enjoy the staff of this building.

Being a resident of wildcat commons 4 is the best selection I made for my fall and spring semester as a freshman. Living here I have experienced great management, community, and facilities. I love the service that is provided to me here. The dorms are beautiful, so far have had zero issues. Maintenance has been quick to request and the staff has been wonderful with assistance.

Entrance is barely cleaned, hallways always smell like something died, roaches and floor stains, trash in evaluator, stairway, trash can outside is never fully full because the trash is on the ground.

It's better than i thought it would be, the students are pretty loud though. Its clean, we have our own rooms which I love. I just wish we were able to have a stove, but you know we're freshman,, so they wont let us lol
