Sometimes the garbages would overflow thus trash would pile up around the fenced area around the bins. This wasn't really an issue though, just a slight annoyance. The staff is nice, but they kind of have that fake energy. When I moved in, my apartment smelled of dog urine and had to have the carpet replaced. I'm not sure how they missed the smell when cleaning the carpet but it looked like they tried to deep clean it instead of just replace it. When I moved out they claimed my roommates pet had urinated on the floor but we checked with a black light before moving out and it was spotless so not sure if they just anted new carpet or what. Cost us $2000 upon move out though, was not happy with the experience.
