Waterfront Plaza Lofts Dorm Reviews at HPU

Dorms are great, clean, modern looking. Maintenance isn’t all ways the best a responding to requests but they get to you. The current housing manager is kind of rude. However, it’s close to a bus stop lots of food options but no student discount.

I dorm on the third floor thats co ed with honors students and I room with two other guys and one of them is racist and homophobic and i told the school about it and they just told me i can either have a sit down talk with him to tell him what he did was wrong and there will be consequences next time or i can just have them talk to him about it to tell him what he did was wrong but either way hes still getting away with what he did because if were being realistic he knew what he was doing and what he did was against the school policy so im just a little confused on why the consequences are so light. Also the elevator is really slow but the campus is nice

My experience at the Waterfront Lofts was definitely one to remember. Compared to normal college dorms, WFL dorms are spacious and built as mini apartments. It was my biggest flex with my friends back home to have Lofts as cool as mine,
