University Place Dorm Reviews at Lander

I had a mold issue where I had to move out and live in a hotel for a couple of months, but other than that I had a good experience. The housing people took care of it and refunded us some money. I like the layout and location of the dorm. The kitchen space and living room space is nice.

Though some of my star reviews may not be the best, I do enjoy staying in University place. The common area is nice and spacious and the kitchen has plenty of storage for food and pots and pans if you organize things correctly. There is also a washer and dryer in each suite, which is great considering that most other dorms have a washroom that you have to leave your dorm to use. I overall enjoy living here.

It is a nice apartment style dorm that offers a lot of independence. You only have to share a bathroom with one other person (your roommate). The kitchen appliances are a bit old but run well, and the personal washer/dryer in each dorm is very useful when in need of a fast wash.
