Needs more maintenance and needs more cleaning in the bathrooms. Also need the option to get a single dorm with no roommate, the common area leaves much to be desired, but it does have basics like a kitchen. Free washing machines is a huge plus, however.

Its a very nice and new dorm. The only issue us that bathrooms are very gross and wet. The common areas are good and the dorms stay pretty cool. It should be noted that the walls are pretty thin so you can often hear your neighbor if they're being particularly loud
