Marble Hall Garden Apartments Dorm Reviews at Morgan

The complex is overall fairly quiet. The conditions/quality of the unit is slightly outdated, some units have been renovated. Overall, it is tolerable if you have a good roommate & RA and keep your apartment clean. The cons would be maintenance randomly bursting into your home if they need to, sometimes the shower water wasn't very hot, and the thermostat is in a lockbox that you do not have access to. Another con is that the surrounding neighborhood is not that safe for students at night time so be mindful of that. Overall my experience while living there was decent and I didn't have many complaints.

I enjoyed my experience at Marble Hall gardens. I was able to meet a various amount of people that I would not met if I did not leave here. I felt safe enough in order to get to and from class and campus.

Its been a good experience.They could've done more as far as keeping the apartments clean and they also could have provided an escort to walk people across campus because its been a couple of roberies over the years but all in all it hasnt been bad

I personally had a good experience at Marble Hall Gardens, My room was always clean when I arrived and staff was helpful. I believe that the maintenance staff do need to come quicker and check apartments before move in.
