Meltzer Residence Hall Dorm Reviews at New England Tech

The Meltzer Hall, I would describe as a place to lay your head. I mean granted if it wasn't for me living on campus I wouldn't have had all the amazing conversations I've had with my now friends. But, other than that I cant say this Hall is a party hall. Which In my opinion is a good thing, but that could be because I take my education and my strict life schedule very seriously. For example I don't like going to bed after 12AM the absolute latest, and because the Hall has quiet hours at 10 to 12 I can do that.

My Experience in the Meltzer Hall is great overall, I met some great friends that I hold dear to me. The bathrooms are clean 90% of the time, the Hall isn't really a frat party school at all which is nice. It also has quiet hours between 10 and midnight which is even better because I prefer to wind down after 9:30pm typically. On average the community is good, sometimes the hall is empty but that is mainly because by the time a month has passed most people have made friend groups and go out and about. There is also a very strict no alcohol, drugs etc. policy, which is great because you have a much lower chance of finding people who may cause trouble.
