Parsons Hall Dorm Reviews at Saint Martin's

Parsons a great experience for undergraduates who are living on campus their first year. Everyones personal experience will obviously be unique to them, their school schedule and even their roommate's and the individual agreements they make. Besides these things there are always activities to do at the hall hosted by Resident Assistants and everyone is kind and when you are in the lobby to hang or study.

Parsons is a perfect place for first-years to start their first college year. it has a great, and easy layout to where everything is. although it is the furthest dorm away from everything like the dining hall it helps me get exercise and enjoy the calm walk.

It's pretty quiet, everyone is pretty considerate of one another. People just walk up and down the stairs really loud sometimes and people in the parking lot laugh and yell at night a lot. It is kind of far from Old Main, where we get our food. Parsons hall is the newest out of all the buildings and has a little community store one the first floor, as well as a cummunity kitchen. Everyone is respectful of each other things and do not touch anything that does not belong to them and if they do they get the owners permission first.

It is nice for a first-year room though it could be bigger and the wifi could be better it is overall not too bad. The only complaint is the sucky wifi which is inconvenient for a pandemic. With mostly online classes and the cost to live here, there should be better wifi.

It’s a very nice residential hall. The people are very kind. The janitorial staff are friendly and helpful. The dorms are nice and big, they also do a very good job at pairing up roommates. The common areas are very nice as well.

This is my first year living at Parsons Hall and so far it has been really fun. The RA who is assigned to my floor hosts events for everyone on the floor to come together and spend time with each other. Also, Parsons is a nice building that is easy to navigate in and I love where my room is located. Despite being able to hear my next door neighbors, the people who live above me, and the people who go up and down the stairs, it is a very nice dorm to live in!

I really enjoy it In Parsons. The residence are nice and, they are respectful when it comes to quite hours. I like how everyone can chill in the common room as well. The only bad thing is the wifi. The wifi always cuts out in parsons.

Living at parsons hall for my first semester it’s been great we have quite hours so it’s even better, because I take that time to get all of my work done and study and I love my RA she always checks on us.

It's the main building for underclassmen, so it tends to be noisier than other buildings. There is a section specifically for upperclassmen that tends to be quieter. It is a well maintained building and relatively clean. Good laundry room and small gym on the first floor. Small convenient store on the first floor is really nice to have. Overall decent place to live.

The building was relatively clean. The locations of utilities and amenities--bathrooms, laundry, and convenient store--were very accessible. The convenient store is excellent for quick access to food and drink. Staying on the first floor is the toughest thing about living in this building as the floors above tend to be noisy (the building goes to a third floor). It is not a very raucous building, nor is it very exciting. Certainly very livable.
