Bringle Lake Village is 3 stories with an elevator. The University has carts and vacuums you can rent to use for grocery trips, cleaning, etc., so you donβt have store them yourself. The staff is mostly students, besides the janitors who do an amazing job.

Very clean and well kept place for my first year experience of college at a dorm. Especially on policies about the quiet time hours, they stayed on top of those requirements and it helped out when trying to study or sleep.

As the only option at the University it does not have much competition. But the facilities are fairly new. The safety in the building always seems to be top notch especially with the fire alarms which are always watchful. But most importantly the staff surely must be the best in Texas.

The dorms are very spacious and their is a pool and volleyball court right outside. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the main university center from there. Although I am in a traditional room and me and my roommate share a bathroom but it smells a little unpleasant even after we spray freshener and have cleaned everything with strong cleaning supplies.
