Bobcat Village Dorm Reviews at Texas State

A nice place to be with make friends and the roommates to join every time and sometimes we love sharing everything to each others , hopefully everyone who comes to Bobcat Village will love it to as me

Bobcat Village was a really good experience. The location was really close and I liked how I had my own space. Having your own space in the fully-furnished apartments can make a significant difference in feeling comfortable and at home while studying and living on campus.

It was great, my RA was amazing i didn’t have any issues with anyone other then my roommate but was due to different living styles and communication issues. Staff were very helpful with this issues though.

I love bobcat village. As a more shy student I enjoy the opportunity to be dependent as a first year student. Especially during covid-19 and having online classes. Having more rooms and things to do within my dorm is great. Cooking is one way I can enjoy taking a break from my school work and it saves me money.

Bobcat Village is all depending on what a person is looking for in a dorm room. If a person has a car, or is fine with riding a bus, and prefers to cook and live more freely then Bobcat village is for them.

It was really peaceful when I lived there. The only thing is that you are next to the intramural stadium so it might get a bit busy or loud after hours. I preferred it over an on campus dorm. A few weird things can happen so stay alert at all time.

I think it's really convenient that we get access to the shuttle not only that but we are provided with a lot of space. It was also really clean when I first got there. The only bad thing would have to be the thin walls but I feel like all dorms are like that so I can't really complain.

Bobcat village isn't for everyone. For people looking for that socialization/community factor, I don't think you'll find it here. However, for my needs, Bobcat Village has everything (having a washer/dryer in unit is amazing). Only thing I would change is if some of the people here wouldn't be so loud at around midnight.
