Fletcher Hall Dorm Reviews at University of Florida

It's a good first-year dorm with plenty of opportunities to make friends. Although it doesn't get rated high because of its cleanliness and staff it still is a good place for your first year at the university.

Lived in Fletcher Hall for two years. The location is perfect as it is centrally located on campus: close to classrooms, buses, and midtown. The hall itself was OK, decent space in bedrooms but serious humidity problem that sometimes manifested in mold growth. The problem was manageable but still annoying to deal with. Living across from midtown can be loud during the week, but it almost has the "city" feel. Overall would recommend this dorm for it's great location and aesthetic.

Fletcher Hall has been a pretty decent experience thus far. The dorm is pretty spacious and is decently clean. Bathrooms are average, but custodial does a great job keeping them clean. Only setback is frequent fire alarms from moisture in the fire alarms, and having to walk to a different building to do laundry.
