When I first moved in, I was a bit scared about cleanliness, considering that the stairwell was littered with dead roaches, but it isn't too bad. It's close to one of the dining halls and the Reitz Union, but a little far from any classes that aren't engineering. There is a bus stop right outside the dorm that makes up for that. No elevator, though, so you may have to climb some stairs depending on your floor.
