Boniface East Dorm Reviews at North Dakota

I really enjoy my dorm. It is the quietest of all the dorms I've been in which makes studying very peaceful. I have a room to myself this semester so I rearranged the furniture so my desk is next to the window. Our windows are almost floor to ceiling so I can see the sunrise or simply watch the wind in the pine trees along the parking lot. In addition to being a quiet refuge, our rooms are comfortably furnished with desks, dressers, chairs, and beds. We have good closet space and overhead shelves. I highly recommend living in Boniface East!

Bathrooms, in particular the shower areas, need major renovations. Otherwise it was not too out of date. The safety was great and key card entry to main door was nice, one improvement could be putting a key card scanner on main level so you do not have to enter through basement every time. Also they need new washer's and dryers.

I have enjoyed having a single room to do my homework and sleep on my own unique schedule. I have enjoyed using the kitchen and common areas. I do not enjoy the community showers and the dirtiness of them. I also wish we could adjust our own temperatures in our room. Because the building is older it has some cons and it should be updated soon to better accompany the residents.

Boniface East has been a great experience! Everyone in it has been very kind and the halls are not very long so it is much more intimate and nice to get to know others. The only thing is that there is only one laundry room so it can get full quick. But people are usually pretty good about it! so overall a good experience.

It is a pretty good dorm. The only complaint that I really have is the size of the rooms- they are smaller than most of the other rooms in most of the other dorms on campus, besides the adjacent guys' dorm. It's the least expensive dorm on campus though.

Boniface East is a great dorm if you are looking for somewhere quiet and separated from the rest of the campus. It is connected to the business offices of finical aid, enrollment, mailroom, and chapel; but everything else is about 5-10 minute walk away. During the winters, make sure to bring multiple layers because with your walk and cold, windy winters it will get tough. Walls are super thin within the dorms, so any private conversations become not so private because your neighbors will be able to hear every word.
