Pearl Woodlake has been a pretty good experience so far. The apartments are up to date with counters and appliances. Management is very nice and helpful. Maintenance has always been fairly fast and productive. The parking garage is a bit tight in my opinion. I take the turns very slow to make sure I don't get hit from drivers going the opposite direction or people walking by. Many of the residents like to drive fast in the parking garage which is very unsafe. We have not had any bad experiences regarding theft since moving in, thankfully, since we have heard from our neighbors that the month prior to us moving in, six cars were broken into and left without any tires and valuable stuff. Management has since then increased security.
