Nice hall, majority marine science students (MLC), very nice building. The building is ideally located at the heart of the campus, with beautiful views from every window, be it the river, a patch of trees, or the estuary out front.

Avila was a creature all of it's own, many times on my floor we would leave our doors open in order to interact with other students on the same floor. However, if you didn't really mesh with anyone, including your roomates, it was easy to just hide away in your room and work alone on things.
