Very old building in disrepair. Due to being a military barracks, funding is an issue. Location is nice, pretty central within the cadet area. Overall, although and old building, the barracks serves its purpose.

Bradley Barracks (Brad) was a decent place to live compared to some of the other barracks at West Point. It is pretty dated and does not have AC, but it is very centrally located which makes up for it. There are plans to renovate in the near future.
