Best dorms on campus. It's essentially the same as having your own apartment except you get the benefit of the on-campus PD. It is alcohol and drug free, and many of the students in the dorm - most of them - take that extremely seriously, so if you can't lay off the party, then buzz off. But if you wanna live in literally the best dorm on campus, just go somewhere else to do your partying and don't stumble in drunk at night and you'll be fine.
