The zone was an okay apartment. The rooms were very small but the pool was very nice would live again because it was affordable.. My downstairs roommates were a pain they always had loud music and cops were called. Very safe environment more

Modular Apartments

Fun, as expected! And if decorated and kept neat, can actually be quite pretty. The mods have the party reputation but don't have too-- I lived there with my girl friends and enjoyed being in the middle of all the seniors, tailgating and picnicking on the benches! more

Gabelli

I lived in a Gabelli townhouse my senior year, and it was amazing. I didn't have the best of luck with housing any other year (started out on Newton to give you an idea), so this was a treat. I personally thought the location and everything was perfect. more

90 St. Thomas More

90 St. Thomas More is the perfect location, across from the main dining hall and a three minute walk to the gym. It also is comprised of 8-9 person suites with bathrooms inside the suites so there are no communal bathrooms. It is known as the cleanest dorm and I can vouch as a former resident. more

Gabelli Hall

My experience in Gabelli was amazing. It's mostly about location and the people you live with. Fortunately, Gabelli is only about a 5 minute walk to main campus, the bus stop and even the convenient store. I was lucky enough to live with people that I got along with, and there's definitely a community feel with the other residents on the floor. more

Claver Hall

I enjoy living in Claver 202 because I think it is perfectly situated on upper campus, and the floor is very quiet and well maintained. There is also a backdoor right off the staircase leading down from the second floor of claver, and this door allows for easy access to the street, or any of the paths leading to the main parts of campus. more

Reservoir Apartments

It's generally a good choice for juniors to live here and the walk is not that bad, even though some might say different. If you can't walk then there's a bus that stops right in front of the building. more

Vanderslice

Vanderslice hall is a sophomore dorm that is only a few years old. I am in an 8-man suite which includes a common room, kitchenette, two bathrooms, and four doubles. The ceiling are very high and couches/lamps are provided in the common rooms. Another perk about Vandy is that there is air conditioning with a thermostat right in the common room. Though the walls are thin, the halls stay pretty quiet, especially during the week. In addition, the lounges for homework are quiet and easily accessible. The only aspect of Vandy that is not my favorite is the laundry room. In a building of an estimated 600 people, there are 10 washers and 10 dryers which makes doing laundry a challenge. Overall, Vanderslice has been a wonderful experience and I recommend it to anyone questioning it more

Across the street from campus which is great and mostly where the cost is coming from. But for the amount of rent you pay things aren't that nice and the staff are clueless or rude or both. The managing staff came into our unit at least twice unannounced and started walking around the place while I was in the shower once and barged into my bathroom. more
