New Sequoia Apartments are simple, clean, and close to campus for your convenience. there are also a variety of restaurants near the apartment that are only a walking distance away. Neighbors are usually quiet, and there are quiet hours in place for students to efficiently study without any disruptions from other students. There is a beautiful street view of Telegraph Avenue and Peet’s Coffee is just one block away! There is a mailroom right downstairs but packages are forwarded for pickup at Unit 3, which is only a block up. Any maintenance required in your apartment can be fixed for free by filling out a maintenance request form. Overall, I highly recommend New Sequoia and would definitely live here again if I could! :))
