Phase 2 D is a great dorm to start your freshman year out in. It is a generous amount of space given for both you and your roommate. The bathrooms are great in size and the environment is very friendly.

Living in Phase 2 D was an interesting experience for me, someday it was very loud and active while other days it was very quiet. From my personal experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My living space was clean. One negative experience I've had was when my sink was clogged. It took about two weeks of maintenance to fix it.
