Phase 2 Dorm Reviews at BCU

Phase 2 is a great quiet and clean living space, new floors walls freshly painted everything is just perfect and great, I couldn't ask for a better living space than living in the great phase 2 of BCU.

For my first experience in a college dorm, I thought that the Phase 2 dorm was a pretty good resident hall to occupy. The atmosphere was quite lively and pretty inviting to all of the residents within the building.

My experience was quite a ride while living in Phase 2. The staff involved in Phase 2 we're perfect. They excited everything, from the RA’s handling situations so precisely to the cleanliness from the janitor woman who tries her best to keep the whole facility clean. All in all I would recommend Phase 2 being the best option for anyone in my opinion.

Phase 2 is great!! The staff was lovely and the students were respectful of dorm rules. There were never any arguments between roommates. The staff really respected our privacy and treated us well as long as we respected them too.

Perfect! I love being on campus and living in the dorms. Everything is convenient and my friends are all here. The dorms are nice and not much to brag or complain about they are dorms. They meet all expectations.

I lived in Phase 2 during my Sophomore years of college and overall it was like i expected. You have to keep in mind that Daytona Beach is a very small and local area so its not going to be luxury setting and environment. The dorms were newer meaning many things were renovated which was great but the students who were dirty and loud made the dorm stay unlivable. Unfortunately that is something way under my control but staff did their best to keep noise levels down and keep the common areas / halls and bathrooms as clean as they should. Overall, the dorm is okay in my opinion no dorm will be perfect in the city of Daytona Beach but this was one of the best ones.

Phase 2 is a new building on campus and has a nice interior. There is a comfortable lounge on every floor and a laundry room on every floor, has plenty of vending machines and a computer lab. I would recommend Phase 2 to any student who is looking for housing on campus.

My experience in this dorm, was wonderful!!!! Very fun, sociable, and enjoyable. My dorm, had a lot of students that stayed in it, and it was a brand new dorm. My dorm was the hangout, and the RAs loved it!

Phase 2 is very clean and up to date with its maintenance. I stay in the third floor of phase and it is quite quiet but at certain times in the day the noise level is a bit louder than usual. The RA’s are very helpful and professional

Phase 2 is a very nice area to live on campus, everything in the area is walking distance and the rooms appropriate. Another good thing about the phase 2 living area is that it is quiet and is in a good area for studying and staying focused.

Phase 2 is a new up to date resident life facility at Bethune Cookman University. The rooms are more spacious and there is more room for storage. The R.A's are nice and they are always ready and on duty to assist us with any problem with our dorms.

Phase 2 dorms were the most recently built dorms when I enrolled. We were the first set of students to be housed there. The dorms are set up nicely with an ample amount of space, the bathrooms are also a nice size. There was a laundry room and study room located on each floor. The dorms are located in the front of campus, close to the café and most of the buildings where classes are held.
