I’ve honestly had no problems but I also don’t look for them. The desk people are cool. The students and staff aren’t bothersome. It’s cool walking around and seeing people hangout, cook, play games, and catch us with friends after study

I like it a lot here and it is a nice facility, although most of the apartments are old and need to be renovated. Other than that, the staff is helpful, the maintenance workers do a good job with responding to issues and all of the resources available are always functional.

The apartment I live in has been newly renovated and is very nice. The area is very close to campus and there is a lot of police who patrol the area which makes me feel safe where I am. The hall directors are very nice and helpful and a well-rounded staff.

I have had a good experience at Blinn College Park Apartments. The rules are very strict. 10 pm quiet hours, no visitation after 8 pm pre-covid, regular room checks. However, the staff is very understanding and willing to work with you. If you mind your own business and don't get into trouble, they'll leave you alone.

Blinn collage park apartments were like a hit and miss to me because the first day that I went the fridge stopped work after a week or two, the restroom were small and the shower pressure were low. it came with a kitchen and smoked up pretty quickly.
