I have had a rather good experience in Payette Suites but it is an older dorm that could use some updating. When I arrived, my dorm was very dirty and I spent many hours literally on my hands and knee cleaning before moving in my belonging. Since moving in, I have not had too many problems but have had to call maintenance a few times. The people living above are very noisy and seem to have parties every night even though no guests are aloud in our dorms.
