I had to provide my own lighting for my bedroom. The lighting in the living room is dim so I had to buy lighting for that area too. The kitchen sink does not have two sides so washing many dishes can be messy and annoying. In the summer even if I leave my air conditioning on 24/7 it is still hot inside the apartment. It is a very basic apartment, not very visually appealing, but it has potential if you have a vision for the space.
