Rhoads is a quiet dorm; people don't host parties or make a lot of noise at night. It was easy to study in my dorm or in common areas. It has air conditioning, which was great in the summer. It has excellent air conditioning and heating. It's pretty close to most of the dining halls and academic buildings.
