My experience in Newmans is good. I have a dorm to myself and am very happy about the staff in the dorm when it comes to maintenance, assistance, etc. Newmans is a freshman men's dorm at Birmingham-Southern College and is a great way to get introduced and adapted to the college lifestyle.
