North Residence Dorm Reviews at Ball State

I have been to the hall many of times, i actually know somebody who i help move in there. It's so pretty and i love how spacious it is. The rooms are cozy but everytime I step in it, I hope I get placed there next year.

Overall, living in North Hall has been a pretty good experience. The bathrooms are a bit small though. But other than that I would definitely recommend North Hall to anyone wanting to attend Ball State.

North hall is good for an LLC, however has paper thin walls and terrible WiFi. For STEM majors, I recommend North hall but for non-stem majors. North is new and very well targeted for stem but not other majors.

During the pandemic my experience at North Residence Hall has been great. The bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized twice a day as well as all of our door handles. At the residence they still have activities the students can participate in such as game nights through a zoom call.

The whole building looks very nice and is brand new, however, there are several issues throughout the building that should have been addressed before move-in day. Maintenance has had to come into many rooms to fix the air ducts that were not properly installed originally.

North Residence is the newest building to be added, and from living there for a few months now, I can say that it has been great. The bathrooms and common areas are clean and big, and the staff is helpful as well.

It has brand new facilities and is a brand new building, however, construction was rushed for the beginning of the semester and some things like the air conditioning units have caused issues as well as other maintenance issues.
