Birch Plaza and Birch Apartments Dorm Reviews at BYU Idaho

Birch Plaza and Birchwood to use be a female-only apartment complex. It recently had some of the apartments open to male students. I did notice that they opened up the oldest and poorest condition apartments to the male students and moved all of the female students to the updated apartments. Their laundry room is not the best and I often preferred to take my clothes home to wash because it was not the cleanest.

Birch Plaza and Birch Apartments is a very social apartment complex. However, it can be really noisy past curfew because everyone is hanging out. I really enjoyed the workout room and the study room. The study room was a nice place to enjoy AC and work on homework without a ton of noise. Management was also very nice. They would work on maintenance requests quickly, and the managers would always make sure we felt valued. The location is also really close to many shops, and campus. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Birch Plaza and Birch Apartments and would consider staying here in a future semester.

Birch Plaza definitely isn't the nicest or newest apartment in Rexburg, but it has everything needed. If you are looking for a place that is good for the price and is in a super convenient location, Birch Plaza is the place for you. I would definitely recommend it.
