Simmons Hall Dorm Reviews at Cal Baptist

Simmons Hall was an excellent living situation for my freshman year of college. It provided me with a great community of young women and reliable resident advisors that were willing to be support for those adjusting to college life. The living area itself was comfortable and clean and always felt safe.

Simmons hall is a good place to meet new friends who are girls, it is one of the few dorm style dorms! it is a bit small so if you can get a dorm to yourself diffently do that but overall such a good place to make friends quickly

My experience living in simmons hall was overall wonderful. The community centered atmosphere was the best thing about it. If I had to complain about something, it would be that the building is old. Although the university keeps it up well, there is not much you can do about an aging building. Is this dorm the newest and prettiest? No. But will you make the most memories there yes. I recommend their dorm experience to any and all people who plan on attending.

Simmons Hall is great for community and finding people to hang out with. During COVID times, there's not that many people so the facilities are kept pretty clean. Your experience there will probably depend on the people that end up in your hall.

Overall it has been AMAZING, the RA's are amazing and so caring the RD is the best. All of the halls get along pretty well and the RA's try to find time to bond with us one on one. The community here is the best and its where I met some of the best people

In a way it was a good and bed experience. I never got any privacy and I felt invasive the R.A.'s would do weird stuff like look into our windows to make sure we had no guys over. But everyone was really sweet. Everytime I had an issue with maintenance they would get there soon but issues would happen frequently so that was not good. Overall, I met some amazing people but it wasn't the best experience.

My experience at Simmons Hall was excellent! It is perfect for incoming freshman girls that helps you make friends and connections really fast. All of the halls are decorated and made cute to make you feel more at home. It is really easy for you to get to everything you need like the bathroom, laundry room, etc.. There are a ton of events to help you get involved and have an overall great experience for your first year in college!
