University Place Dorm Reviews at Cal Baptist

I was able to have a lot of space. And a good location on campus. I lived with three other people and we were able to split up space fairly. The staff was very helpful if we got locked out. I would recommend a friend to live here and I would live here again.

The apartments are a very nice size. I live in a townhouse with one other girl which is actually meant for five people. There is definitely enough space for five people to live in it. Overall great location and wonderful RAs!

I shared a studio apartment with one roommate and we both loved our time in University Place. It had easy access to the University campus and with a long-board, it only took about 5 minutes to get to any of our classes. These apartments have a security fence and card readers for safety. Parking was a little congested but I always found an open spot within 100 yards of my apartment. The best perk about University Place was being able to independently control the thermostat and not have to pay the electricity bills.
