My experience living in Dover apartments was quite positive, being the transfer apartments, it was clean, quiet and safe. However due to Covid they did not have the typical amenities open nor the weekly cleaning services.

I know it's different because of Covid, but it is disappointing that there are no community spaces and no cleaning of the apartments that we would normally get yet there is no price reduction from living costs.
