Housing and Residence Life Dorm Reviews at CSULA

Its going good the staff and maintenance are really friendly and they put students mental health first.Living in a dormitory, surrounded by a vibrant community of students, has been an incredibly fulfilling experience for me. First and foremost, the dorms offer a sense of belonging and camaraderie. The friendships I've formed with fellow residents have been invaluable. We share common experiences, study together, and support each other through the highs and lows of college life. The dorms provide a built-in support system that helps me navigate the challenges of academic and personal growth

My experience at Housing and Residence Life has been okay because I felt like the staff who worked at Residence Life could've done better at their job. Examples like having more than one assistance at the front office of the Housing Department for service. They should have more than one assistance because the service is slow since people are waiting in line for help. Another example of why my experience at the dorm has not been okay because I don't feel comfortable eating in their cafeteria. The reason why I don't feel comfortable being in their cafeteria because they don't wash the dishes correctly. They should be consistently organized with washing the dishes and overall the cafeteria. Those were the reasons why my experience at Residence Life has not been great.
