Metz Hall Dorm Reviews at CIA

Metz is a freshman dorm with very loud hallways. I found it hard to sleep most nights because of the people running around at all hours of the day and night. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and they keep up on the maintenance fairly well.

My room is larger than I expected, however, it does have a leak in the roof that maintenance has looked at and patched up a little. There is still a hole in our ceiling but it isn't leaking anymore. It is disappointing that we are the only hall on campus that doesn't have en suites. Some of the other residents don't respect the shared spaces and clean up after themselves. Looking at Metz compared to the other residence halls makes it look better though. We have the nicest common area and kitchen.

Metz is the freshman dorm at the CIA. It's usually loud due to students partying and yelling which can get frustrating when it's late at night and you have class early in the morning. The RAs can be extra strict in this dorm as well.
