The rooms are small for two people. There are cheaper interior rooms, but they usually require an extra roommate and are not worth the lack of windows. Each roommate gets a desk with shelving, a bed that can be lofted, a vanity with no sink and a half-sized closet. It is a typical dorm room setup, but your side of the room will only be a few feet from your roommate's side of the room, so, if personal space is a concern for you, you might want to seek accommodations.
There isn't much space for cooking or storing food, but you are only a minute's walk away from the closest dining hall. The high rises are close enough to most classes that will be taken for freshman year and the furthest lecture halls would be, at most, a 15-minute walk away.
The shared restrooms aren't too bad, but you'd be sharing a few showers, sinks and toilets with a decent amount of people. Maintenance doesn't typically clean the bathrooms more than two times per day.
Overall, it's a decent and typical experience for a first-year dorm and isn't really meant to be lived in for more than a couple of semesters. You will definitely appreciate whatever upgrade in housing you'll have afterward.
