The building itself is pretty old. The paint likes to peel. The AC units like to leak, but I have yet to have a problem with that. The people are great though, and I have not had any problems with noise.

Ashcroft is one of the better dorms on campus with a great community. The only issues I have ran into is plumbing issues. They are about to remodel this building, however, and I am excited to see what changes they will make.
