The Courtyard at CSU is very spacious and was such a quick walk to campus. Some of the buildings are a little run down; however, the building that I was in was one of the nicer ones. The kitchen area was pretty dirty and same with the laundry room but besides those two downfalls it is not a bad place to live and it has everything that I need.
