It's a college dorm. Probably used to be office buildings. If you get stuck in a room that doesn't have outside windows, it isn't great because there's no overhead lights. Otherwise, it's a fine place to live. Nothing too special but not bad either.

It was good to have the gym, health center and other student resources located at this building. Guest rules were annoying and pointless. The building was very old and the furniture provided to students was not up to par to the other dormitory buildings. The lounge on the bottom floor was very comfortable.
