The people that live on my floor are very nice, and it's easy to make friends with them, and there is collective shared experiences that we have together, like when our floor flooded. Some of the RAs are less than kind, and we all have to deal with it.

Within the first two weeks we got hit with a nasty storm, resulting in major flooding of 2.5 floors. The staff were on it, and worked their tails off to find everyone a safe place to sleep and minimize the damages caused to personal items

It was a little different then previous years due to covid but we still had a great time. The walls are kind of thin so you can hear people coughing, scraping their chairs and yelling at various times in the night and day. We were also right across from the bathroom so we heard people slam the door all night long. They also have snow removal staring at 3 am every night in the winter which is REALLY LOUD, and at noon in the summery time they mow the lawns which is also super loud. And they will charge you for anything thatβs ripped or broken, even if you didnβt do anything so be SUPER CAREFUL.
