Walker and Weeks has really spacious and cool apartment units, however, it is plagued by the management, Vanguard Properties. The management has only been a pain to deal with and does not care about your satisfaction. The hallways are dirty, the homeless people seek shelter throughout the building, cars in the garage are broken into, and the ceiling is falling apart in my own unit. Walker and Weeks simply paints over any issues and raises the rent every year to cover it.
