Conway Dorm Reviews at Dickinson

I loved living in Conway and the s-shape room. It gave you 2 separate areas of living. My roommate and I used a curtain in the center of the room to divide of the bedrooms from the study area and it made it feel very cozy. There was lots of storage space for all our needs and the closet was bigger than most traditional rooms with a wardrobe. The only downside to Conway is the lack of carpeting in the rooms, however that was easily fixed with a rug. The bathrooms were fine with the only drawback being the showers did not have a locking door but they are not gender neutral so it was fine for me. The common space is very nice but be warned its one of the few dorms on campus without an oven. Its close to the Hub, Kline and most academic buildings. I will say out of the three rooms I have had so far, this was the one I was least looking forward but by far my favorite room!

I didn't think I would love the s-shaped room but it was so nice! I liked the fact that it makes almost like 2 separate rooms (1 for desks and clothes and 1 for sleeping) my roommate and I put a curtain to divide the two to make it feel more private. I disliked that there was no carpet, but easily solved with a throw rug. The showers don't have locking doors but they are not gender neutral so it wasn't bad at all. Its a quiet dorm with easy access to everything on campus. Common room is nice but its one of the few dorms without an oven. Out of all my rooms on campus, it was the one I was least excited about but the one I enjoyed the most! It's spacious.
