I am new and everyone there is friendly. Made me feel like I've been there forever. Location is far from the football field but it gives me a good run. I enjoy it here. Haven't had any issues and everyone respects your space. Building is well kept and secured.

It is really good housing for first-time students because of the price range but there can be some downsides like the old structure and bathrooms. It is a really good room to share with another person and the rooms are pretty spacious for the price.
