Bentley Hall Dorm Reviews at Drexel

This is one of the newer dorm buildings. Everything is very modern and simple! There are study rooms on every other floor, and more areas to study or hang out with friends in the lobby as well. I wouldn't have wanted to live anywhere else!

Bentley Hall was renovated back in 2019. It is a traditional style dorm, rooms are separated by gender, floors are co-ed. Bentley is offered to first year students, and honors students (all years). The overall environment of Bentley Hall was good. The cleanliness was not. The bathrooms and halls are not cleaned daily, and they can get pretty dirty, pretty quickly. The staff is really nice once you get to know them, and the mailing system, though slow, is very good. Bentley is considered the best dorm on Drexel's campus, and I one hundred percent agree. I would definitely recommend this dorm hall to incoming students.

Bentley hall was a great experience. It was quiet, but if you met your neighbors and fellow residents there was always somebody around to help, hang out, or study. There were study and common spaces on alternating floors which helped keep the quiet spaces quiet and the social spaces open to all. The only downside was that there was only one small kitchen so dining hall food or microwaveable food are the most viable options for a majority of the time.

It's been really great, there are some downsides such as the sanitation in the bathrooms and the cleanliness at times, yet the staff is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. I would definitely recommend Bentley hall to any incoming Drexel students, considering it is the newest construction out of all of drexel's halls.
